Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC)
A self-report questionnaire designed to measure resilience, or the ability to cope with adversity. The scale has various versions, with the original consisting of 25 items. It assesses personal qualities that allow individuals to thrive despite challenges.
10-item Ruminative Response Scale (RRS)
A shortened version of the original Ruminative Response Scale, it measures the extent to which individuals engage in rumination, particularly in response to depressive symptoms. Rumination involves repetitive and passive focus on one's symptoms of distress and its possible causes and consequences.

The Reflective Functioning Questionnaire (RFQ) was developed as a brief, easy-to-administer screening measure of reflective functioning.

State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI)
The STAI is a psychological assessment tool used to measure two types of anxiety: state anxiety (temporary, situation-specific anxiety) and trait anxiety (general, long-term anxiety). Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10)
The PSS-10 is a widely used psychological instrument that measures the perception of stress. It consists of 10 questions designed to assess how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overloaded respondents find their lives. The scale is often used to understand how individuals perceive their stress levels in various situations.
The Six Basic Emotions
A widely accepted theory of basic emotions and their expressions, developed by Paul Ekman, suggests we have six basic emotions. They include sadness, happiness, fear, anger, surprise and disgust.
