The concept of a "Shared Fantasy" is apparently from The Middle Years – New Psychoanalytic Perspectives (John M. Oldham, Robert S. Liebert) and an article by "Sanders" which is about couples, mentally healthy or not, commonly entering into a shared fantasy. He mentions it in this talk
